Our goal at MyRose Designs is that you love your order! Here are some policies to be aware of:

♥ SHIPPING INFORMATION

 Standard: 3-10 business days to deliver your order  

♥ RETURNS or EXCHANGES

We work hard to customize our items as made-to-order just for you, so unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges (incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund). 

To receive a refund, item MUST be unused, and returned in the same conditioned in which you received your item.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
