We work hard to customize our items as made-to-order just for you, so unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges (incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund).Â
To receive a refund, item MUST be unused, and returned in the same conditioned in which you received your item.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
